Miranda works around the world; helping leaders and teams to develop strategies, cultures and structures that support them during times of growth and change.
With an MSc in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School, Miranda has a real passion for organisational change, and her career reflects this – holding senior management positions in Siemens UK, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Proctor & Gamble (P&G).

Paul is a specialist in performance measurement and analytics; a specialism that he has applied to the world of organisational change following a realisation: organisations want and need to understand the results of a change and where opportunity exists to drive additional change and further improve performance.
Paul’s success in performance measurement has seen him take roles in prolific performance measurement and analytics organisations, including Managing Director at itelligence Analytics UK and CEO of Blueprint Management Systems.

Director of Culture & Engagement
Caroline has a wealth of experience and an impressive track record that has seen her successfully lead various communication, employee engagement and marketing strategies. In recent years she has held senior leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and led on a number of significant business transformations. Before GSK, Caroline headed the communications practice at Virgo HEALTH - a global healthcare consultancy.
Caroline is Director of Culture and Engagement at Rubica. Her work sees her supporting leaders to create organisational understanding, belief and the behavioural shifts that are necessary for change to happen and last so it transforms a business.
Allison boasts an impressive track record of working for leading blue chip organisations, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. Her work in this area has seen her hold a number of senior management roles in both sales, marketing, training and recruitment - delivering key initiatives that have shifted customer perception, differentiated businesses from the competition and transformed sales divisions into high performing environments.
Allison is the Principal Consultant of Organisational Change at Rubica, she works with our clients in defining, implementing and activating change programmes that transform businesses.
Lisa has a rich experience in change management and specialises in organisational and cultural transformations. Over the past 20 years she has led change programmes, projects and consultancy assignments in a wide range of sectors, enabling such household names as the BBC, Barclaycard and Prudential to achieve strategic goals.
Lisa is passionate about helping businesses to achieve their return-on-investment, through clear measurable goals, stakeholder engagement and aligned cultures and behaviours. A skilled facilitator, with extensive consultancy and leadership development experience, she confidently challenges and supports business executives to equip them for leading change.
Lisa is a Principal Consultant at Rubica and is involved in leading and delivering our organisational and cultural change programmes.
Marketing & Communications Manager
Sophie is a CIM qualified marketing and communications professional. Her passion for marketing has seen her transform marketing functions; reinvent how businesses market themselves and how they communicate stakeholders.
Alongside Sophie’s marketing credentials, she has a number of years experience of working for global brands – supporting them develop and activate their internal communication and employee engagement initiatives to build more cohesive work environments.
Sophie joined Rubica in 2016 as Business & Marketing Manager. Her focus is on leading all of the business’ marketing activity, whilst supporting clients in the key communications that will activate and embed their change programmes.Watch video
